Collingwood’s first legal pot shop is getting ready to open. The license holder, Louis Laskovski, is partnering with Sessions Cannabis, and they hope to open the doors at 312 Hurontario Street in December.
Laskovski was chosen by The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in a second cannabis lottery held in August.
Sessions Cannabis says, in a news release, that the store will be a welcoming environment where customers can ask questions and get hands-on assistance from knowledgeable staff.
The company says its products are Health Canada quality controlled. Sessions Cannabis Collingwood Store will be hiring 15 staff. Construction is underway and a grand opening event is to happen before Christmas.
